For SAA international flights, you are allowed 2 bags of 23 kg each. However, connecting flights only permit 1 bag of 23 kg, so additional luggage may need to be purchased. For LATAM on 11 October, the allowance is 1 bag of 23 kg.

When landing in Soa Paulo, pass through passport control, customs, and collect luggage. Once luggage is collected, please move swiftly as the flight schedule is very tight. There will be an OK guide to navigate you. Recheck in for the flight to Rio de Janeiro.

Kindly note that delegates who have booked their own flights are not automatically included in the group airport transfers to the hotel. The buses have been arranged based on the number of delegates who booked through OK. If you arranged your own flight, please be aware that you are responsible for organising your own transportation to and from the hotel. This also applies to any flight extensions. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate transfer requests at the airport.
